Dr Shital Wamanrao Awghade

Dr. Shital W. Awaghade is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Vidya Vikas Arts, Commerce and Science College, Samudrapur, Maharashtra. She holds an M.Sc., NET-JRF, GATE qualification, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from RashtrasantTukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. She has 14 years of teaching experience. Dr. Awaghade specializes in Physical Chemistry and research on Rare-earth-doped luminescent inorganic phosphor materials for solid-state lighting applications. She has published several research papers in reputed journals and is actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic administration.
