Vidya Vikas Arts, Commerce and science College Samudrapur was established in 1989 by Vidya Vikas Shikshan Sanstha, Hinganghat with a prime objective of “Karmanya Vadhikaraste Mafaleshu Kadachan”. It is granted aided college affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur and is recognized as 2F and 12 B. College was first accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) In 2004 and re-accredited with a B grade in January 2015.And this institute Was re-accredited with B++ in Cycle-3 by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in April 2022 with CGPA 2.8.

With its complete a galaxy of faculty members, the college has been rendering sincere services for higher education since 1989. This is a three faculty College with a verity of courses both at 10+2 stage and degree level and also for PG courses with recognize Centre for Ph.D. in subject Marathi and Commerce.

A group of visionaries under the leadership of Shri. Panduranji Tulaskar established Vidya Vikas Education Society Hinganghat in 1984. Vidya Vikas Arts and Commerce College Samudrapur was established in 1989 and Science faculty was introduced in 2006 by Vidya Vikas Shikshan Sanstha, Hinganghat with a prime objective of “Karmanya Vadhikaraste Mafaleshu Kadachan”.Samudrapur is a tehsil situated about 70 km to the south of Nagpur in Wardha district.

At present, our educational society runs two senior and junior institutions, a high school, a primary school and vocational courses. The educational society has 165 employees and more than 5000 students. The education institution has laid its emphasis on education for the downtrodden and the poor that really form the major bulk of the society in this rural area.
