The Department of Physics, established in 2006, is committed to excellence in teaching, research, and innovation. The department offers B.Sc. and M.Sc. Physics programes under NEP 2020 and is a recognized Research Centre of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. It is equipped with a well-maintained laboratory, modern experimental instruments, and a dedicated dark room for spectroscopy experiments. Faculty members actively contribute to research, publications, curriculum development, and patent filing. Through ICT-enabled teaching, guest lectures, educational visits, quizzes, and environmental awareness programes, the department nurtures scientific temperament, research aptitude, and prepares students for higher education and successful careers.

- Industrial Visit to Microplast Polymer Pvt. Ltd., Jam, Wardha (23 March 2024) to understand industrial manufacturing processes and applications of materials science.
- Educational Visit to Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Samudrapur (19 August 2025) to provide students with practical exposure to technical education, laboratory practices, and modern industrial equipment.
