Mr. Sadanand R. Sarve is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Physics at Vidya Vikas Arts, Commerce & Science College, Samudrapur. He has over 14 years of teaching experience and specializes in Ferrites, Magnetic Nanomaterials, and Luminescence. He has published seven research papers, authored four books, holds one Indian Patent, and has created 100+ educational videos. He actively contributes to academic administration as an IQAC Member, Criterion III Coordinator, RTMNU Paper Setter and Examiner, and organizer of academic conferences and workshops. He is dedicated to fostering research, innovation, and quality education.
