About Our Department

The Department of Chemistry, Vidya Vikas Arts, Commerce & Science College, Samudrapur was established in 2006. The Department offered UG (B. Sc) and PG (M.Sc.) courses, in annual as well as in semester pattern. The Department participated and organized many competitions, poster presentation, Seminar in every year on current topic in chemical sciences and also arrange industrial visit to many chemical small and big scale industry for students. In our Department there are 3 faculty members: Dr. Meghasham N. Narule (M.Sc., M.Ed., MBA (HR), Ph. D(Organic Chemistry), Ph. D (Business Administration), Dr. R. G. Gajbhiye (M.Sc., SET, NET, Ph.D.) & Miss. Shital W. Awaghade (M.Sc. NET).There are number of National and International books published by the faculty of this Department. The Department has published number of research paper at National and International journals and conferences. The Department contributed lot for the benefit of the students and always extended hands of cooperation to the needy.

Our Features

The Department of chemistry participated and organized many competitions, poster presentation, Seminar for stage daring and teaching and good presentation on syllabus topics in every year on current topic in chemical sciences and also arrange industrial visit to many chemical small and big scale industry for students to understand various processes in the formation of different products.
